§. 1 General provisions

§. 3 Conclusion of the contract

In the event of an error, Zona Motori will inform the purchaser as soon as possible, allowing the order confirmation to be correct or canceled. There will, however, be no objection to the obligation to deliver what is sold at the wrong price incorrectly indicated.
Site prices are inclusive of VAT, do not include shipping charges. Prices may change at any time. Changes do not affect orders for which order confirmation has already been sent.

§. 8 Delivery

The costs for returning the products will be charged to the CUSTOMER.

The goods must be returned in full, in the original package, complete in all parts and complete with the attached tax documentation.
